Dear Passenger, in accordance with the current regulations provided for in Regulation 679/2016, we inform you of the following:

c) Data collection and processing methods

Data may be collected via the Web platform and if you registered and purchased services offered on our website or through our Call Centre, via our e-mail address or even through authorised tour operators and travel agencies.

Data processing is carried out through automated tools in compliance with the law and on the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights, for the time strictly necessary for the execution of the transport services and the processing of related administrative formalities.

Our computer system is structured in such a way as to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorised access.

d) Purpose of the processing and consequences in case of refusal.

The collection of data supplied by you or acquired by us during the purchase process of our transport services and/or other services, will help us to fulfil the services you requested.

The data acquired will be used to provide the transport services as well as those closely connected to it or other possible services (ancillary) that you decide to purchase; their collection is also necessary to communicate, in relation to the services, any variations as required by the law. In relation to particular requests you have made, other data could also be collected disclosing religious, philosophical or other beliefs, or your state of health (for example in case of a specific diet on board for health reasons or religious beliefs) or in relation to requests for assistance with reduced mobility, such as the need for wheelchair transport, stretcher, etc…

The consent and processing of personal data and/or belonging to particular categories is sometimes a fundamental requirement in order to provide the requested service: if you refuse to give your consent, we may not be able to provide all or parts of the services you have requested from us.

Furthermore, the processing of your data is carried out in order to comply with the obligations established by Law or by National Regulations, of the Community and International Regulations, for the keeping of accounts and the management of proceeds and payments, to verify the quality of the service offered or to send you further information.

e) Legitimacy

The legal basis for processing your data and to provide the services requested by you is carried out through the use of an air transport contract.

f) Who do we share your personal information with?

Your data may be communicated to provide the services of the transport contract and to collaborators and employees specifically assigned to carry out the related administrative tasks or to operators, services connected and necessary for the processing of the transport service (handling, check-in service, etc.), to airport management companies that are part of your flight itinerary, to insurance companies, to authorities in charge of security checks, to the police or to judicial authorities, as part of investigations or investigations by Judicial Police for the purposes of prevention, assessment or repression of criminal offences etc. or, in any case, to third parties for whom this is necessary and essential (or functional) for carrying out the activities requested by you.

The information provided is used only to perform the service requested. The communication of such data is mandatory to be able to carry out the services offered to you and your refusal to do so will make it impossible for Albastar to fulfil the agreed services. Any further communications will be made to parties – specifically authorised, assigned and instructed by the Owner. Your data will in no way be disclosed to third parties without your prior and specific consent.

g) Transfer of personal data to a third country or international organisations

Data may be transferred to handling companies, of other countries, that collaborate with Albastar, with the aim of guaranteeing the services negotiated.

Albastar and most airlines are obliged by the laws of the European Union, the United States of America and other countries, to give border control agencies and customs authorities access to booking and travel information when you fly to and from countries including stop-overs and where you may overfly countries to your destination.

h) How long do we keep your personal information?

We will keep your information for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, and to be able to manage any responsibilities related to the processing of data, where such periods are not already provided by law or established by the competent authorities. Subsequently they will be eliminated.

i) Data protection rights and how to exercise them

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition, limitation of processing, data portability and not be subject to automated individualised decisions, as well as withdrawing consent given, by writing to the postal and electronic addresses given in the dedicated section, specifying that you wish to exercise your rights and providing a copy of your identity document.

You can file a complaint to the Supervisory Authority, the Spanish Agency for Data Protection (website www.agpd.es ) as well as to other surveillance authorities of the European Union.

j) Automated decision-making processes

Albastar does not use automated decision-making processes concerning personal data collected.
